Very nice strong coffee. In the same league as French and Italian roasts for my taste. My favourite is still organic Colombian.

I love the Mór Metate bean. It produces a really nice crema and a smooth deep rich espresso. This is the bean I use most.

Wow, this is gorgeous. Great depth of flavour, lovely hint of chocolate and no bitterness. I think this will be my favourite from now on!
