Fell off my camera
Unfortunately, I barely got to use my carrier after purchasing the new part. I’m on a trip and purchased the listed part right before leaving. I put it on my camera but since I was using my large lens most of the time I couldn’t use my sling carrier. When I went to use it yesterday, I discovered the part had fallen off. Unfortunately, I couldn’t use my old one as the washers I ordered didn’t come in time and weren’t included in the order.
I’m extremely disappointed that I won’t be able to use my cotton carrier on this trip while hiking. I have enjoyed using it on hikes around home but had lost the washer when it came off while hiking. It was a great way to have immediate access to my camera.

Order arrived with more than I expected
I ordered an additional holder for a second camera to go with my original harness. Order arrived with all the pieces to attach to the harness and 2nd camera. I ordered all the accessories to attach not knowing they were included with the new holder. This was not clear in description of second holder. Spent about $25 extra. Order also came with a belt type strap that I cannot figure out what it is for and I have searched your website to try to find the "belt" but cannot locate it.

Great service after making the order then poof the item arrived.....
"then poof the item arrived."...Rare in this day and age....Now if I could only find where I put my hand strap...And I need a new camera bag to carry canon 200-800 along with my other gear, miss old brick and mortar store to go and try something.....Thanks don't change.
