Lost and found

I was happy to find out I could replace my hub. I lost mine in Whistler, Canada. It works well when you have a camera and you are able to keep your hands free. I like the product and it is the right size.

I have the original harness and newer versions of the Scout G2 and Slingbelt. The original hub did not fit the newer version, but the the new hub is backwards compatible with the original harness. Having the new hubs on all my gear has made my life easier!

Fell off my camera

Unfortunately, I barely got to use my carrier after purchasing the new part. I’m on a trip and purchased the listed part right before leaving. I put it on my camera but since I was using my large lens most of the time I couldn’t use my sling carrier. When I went to use it yesterday, I discovered the part had fallen off. Unfortunately, I couldn’t use my old one as the washers I ordered didn’t come in time and weren’t included in the order. I’m extremely disappointed that I won’t be able to use my cotton carrier on this trip while hiking. I have enjoyed using it on hikes around home but had lost the washer when it came off while hiking. It was a great way to have immediate access to my camera.
