Shipment was incomplete

Latitude did a great job completing the special blending of coffee I requested. HOWEVER, I ordered and paid for 6 pounds of coffee, but only 5 pounds was shipped. Customer services followed up on my notification of the shortage and subsequently shipped the missing 1 pound.

Great to have a single origin decaffeinated coffee.

I have successfully used Latitude’s Sumatra for years as a standalone and mixed with decaf blends. Not many roasters provide single origin coffee and I am grateful that I have Latitude as a reliable source. I use it to brew with a French press and drip.

Great Morning Enjoyment

I’ve been “addicted” to Latitude 23.5 Sumatra Mandheling coffee since first tasting it - full flavored with no acid bite. Morning coffee is something to look forward to! A recent medical symptom led to the suggestion that I might do well to reduce my caffeine intake a bit. But giving up my morning Sumatra pleasure was too gruesome to consider A perfect solution occurred to me. I headed back to Latitude 23.5 to pick up an order of Sumatra Decaf beans. I mix the two bean types equally before grinding. The result is a reduced caffeine morning coffee that still tastes great. The symptoms have lessened and I am a very happy “half caffer”!
