Great product and great customer service

I was able to set up the bits for an excellent fit of the rails and stiles on the grandfather clock I'm making. I am very happy with them. I do wish there were better instructions for this specific bit set. The instructions on your website for a different set were somewhat helpful, but not great. Thankfully, the Klockit grandfather clock plan I am using has very detailed set up diagrams. I was also very impressed with your customer service when I received an unsolicited 30% "Oops Discount" on a 2nd set when I dropped the first set and chipped the carbide. Great company!
