I originally ordered a size too big for my wife (hard to measure her wrist, as it was supposed to be a surprise). Anna contacted me to confirm, and then gave me some recomendations for calculating the size more accurately. Since a delay in delivery before Xmas became innevitable because of the Postal strike, Anna was very accomodating when I made alternate arrangements for having the package delivered on time. When we finally got the bracelet, it fit my wife's wrist perfectly! And, it is a beautiful, well-made product - exactly as expected. Thank you Anna!
