I really like this Caribbean style of sauce, just wish it came in bigger bottles - it’s either these which are gone in a few splashes or the giant catering ones. Anyway, it had a decent heat to it without being crazy so it goes well to spice up sauces and dips - I use it in home made humus and it is magic.

A moderate level of heart and rich & sweet flavours. I understand why this sauce is such a big seller. Delicious & a staple from now on.
