A2D2 Stream

Been looking for a way to stream my records to my Google home speakers across multiple rooms in the house and this is the only product that claimed to solve this admittedly niche problem! I was a bit concerned by some of the reviews around slow delivery and complicated setup but my experience has been flawless - delivered with 48 hour tracker delivery and it took me Less than 5 minutes to get it on my WiFi and set up. App is good and responsive too. Very very happy and it’s given a new lease of life to my record collection which was starting to gather dust a bit!

I bought this to be able to play my vinyl records on my JBL Charge 5 bluetooth speakers. And it does exactly what I bought it for! Sounds great too. The only downside is that - when I play it over 2 speakers in order to get stereo - the bluetooth signal doesn’t seam to be strong enough and playback is interrupted and distorted. But played over one speaker (which is what I usually do anyway) it works great!

Getting the machine to connect to WiFi was painful and elongated due to the v limited wifi chip they have used. Also the lack of a version with a preamp built in was also a pain, I have had to buy a separate one. Other than that, it does what it says it will do.
