Drone Replacement Arm

First of all the dronenthat was bought for me has a joystick that sticks yet they keep telling me something then a big break. I bought accessories the battery they sent me was wrong. So far I still can't use my drone we will see what they say about the battery. I about to send almost $800 of equipment back.
