Was happy at first!
I was happy with their products and service, until I had to make an exchange!
I exchange products, simply because it was the wrong size ring, and was a lot larger in size than the photo on their website, so I asked if I could send it back at my cost and exchange for a cheaper product, and the next size up. I never asked for the difference in price to be refunded, and they sent me an invoice for postage to get the new product back to me, which was less than the amount that was the difference between the two products! And that’s when it all started! I personally felt the Customer Service from that point on was atrocious. so much so, that I will never order another item again from there.
