Hellfire: The Elixir Hot Sauce

The Elixir Hot Sauce

Has a fruity taste, and you can definitely taste the rum in it. I'm a big fan of hellfire hot sauce, so I am trying to eventually sample all of them. A lot of there other sauces go well with Mexican food but I would say this one would be better suited with something else because of the fruity alcohol flavor. I like it, but I'm just waiting to use it more until I find what suits it better since I mostly use hot sauce on Mexican dishes.
