This bra is magic with how it helps posture. I have terrible posture as i have heds. Very comfortable and since its not an actual posture corrector that can only be worn an hour and a half a day and are very uncomfortable i can wear it all day and its comfy. For reference i am a 34 dd and got the large. Fits great.

It rubs under the armpits and causes me so much discomfort and irritation there that i can only wear it for a few hours, and certianly not while working out. It completely rode up and my girls popped out during jumping jacks. Would not recommend just for whatever posture perks it has; i would honestly return if i could.
