Solid!
It's a little on the pricey side for a hot tub step but it's worth it. I say that b/c it is solid, has a wide base, so it's stable on various surfaces, and has a wide comfortable surface to step on when getting in and out of your hot tub.

Fantastic! And very well built
I was doing research to find a quality used spy could afford when I ran across the Bueno Spas , high-end components, quality, craftsmanship, and at the cost of a used spa. This brand new spa is high-quality and we are very happy with it. Our sales rep Axel help me set up the original order And got me discount. It took about five weeks to arrive and my electrician came out and wired it up by the next morning. It was running 103°. We’re super happy with our Bueno Spas so far and Axel was excellent before and after the sale as I had a lot of questions waiting those five weeks for my spa We appreciate Axle And the quality of the spa, thanks to their employees
