I first heard about Unsifted on the Ghostrunner's Podcast and I'm so glad I did! I love using both the Basic Blend and the Dessert Blend for everything I bake. My daughter has struggled with gluten intolerance for years. After spending time in Paris and having no problems with flour while she was there, I realized it was time to make a change at home. She can eat baked goods again and we have no plans to go back to store bought flour. Everything tastes amazing and so fresh! I'm just beginning the sourdough journey and appreciate the step by step support with the app and the Course. Unsifted is such a blessing in our lives!
