We have yet to receive our last order nor can I find it in my acount to track it

Ordered six, received two.

A two-pack is a lower cost option, so I chose three two-packs. Someone wrapped up two bottles and sent them. #0003 was printed on the label, so I assumed that more were coming. They weren't. So, I had to wait until after the holiday to call Carefast. The people there were very helpful, so now I'm waiting for four more to arrive. All of this, totally unnecessary, if the clerk in shipping were paying attention. Sadly, this is today's norm.
