It's nice and light from a Chemex but I like it best through my Kalita wave to give it a little more body, I can only find natural filters for my Chemex so it's my go to. I get a nice crema after the bloom with a nice pleasant aroma. The taste is smooth and not overly floral. I'd say it's approachable if you like light roasts but are not looking for super floral flavors. I'm not good at picking out nuances flavors but I get Fig and macadamia. Being certified mold free give peace of mind and goes a long way for me!

Well roasted, fresh flavor

This coffee is good. It's well roasted and the flavor is great. I grind it fresh and make two cups in the morning. I had been looking for organic coffee with less toxins. I tried a couple. This is my favorite so far. I have orderedthe medium roast in my next order to see if my husband will like that for his expresso. Thank you Holistic Roasters.
