Because doesn’t do what it’s supposed do and the watch doesn’t change up quick it takes its time?

Neither of them work consistently. Only occasionally can you get the watch to recognise as being on charge. Then after a while charging it stops charging at some point and the battery runs down instead of maintaining charge. My husbands does the same with the phone charge part. Disappointing to wake up and nothing is charged. Have tried different cables and wall points. Have asked to refund and need to provide video evidence which is impossible given it happens intermittently and while we are sleeping.
