I needed full coverage for a lymphatic malformation leading to leakage. These hold an amazing amount of liquid. They are also soft and so comfortable. I can imagine they would do equally as well for period and incontinence as well.

Love the fit! Total of 10 pairs over the years. The quality of the fabric, fit and cut is perfect. My longest underwear relationship! <3

One pair already has a hole in the band. I'm not sure why but these feel alot different then the Nellie brief Full size I ordered two years ago. Those are still in excellent shape but i've lost quite a bit of weight and needed a smaller size. These ones do not have the same cushioning. This very well could be a plus size vs non plus size issue. I am not a fan of less cushion.
