These have held up through two heavy-flow nights with no spills or overflow, so far, exactly as I hoped. I figured these would be more comfortable and less wasteful than pads, but they're also better at keeping my sheets clean (thank you, full lining)! there does seem to be a little visible seepage reaching the outer layer, but it got no further than that and if they were, say, a pair in black I wouldn't have even noticed it. If you can't make it to the laundromat every day: These washed out by hand fairly easily, using cold water just in case/to be gentle. It took somewhere around 12 hours for them to air dry (recommended after a machine wash too, of course, but it can be hard to wring them out as well as spin machines can!)

Great fit and comfort!
I have a terrible time with underwear rolling down over the mom belly, but these fit well and stayed up for 24 straight hours. After hand washing and line drying they were more prone to rolling, so will try machine washing and line drying longer to see if I can reclaim the high waist. Felt very comfortable and never had an odor. Definitely planning to order more pairs. Size 3x, 5'11, 290 lbs.
