Astonishingly comfortable, period or no period... period.
Honestly the most comfortable underwear I've worn, period or no period. They're super soft, don't feel like a diaper, and are basically unwedgie-able. Wish they were a little less pricey but definitely worth it compared to other period underwear, and really just ANY other underwear.
