Great for some
Great for someone who always makes extremely large batches but it falls and is aggravating when making small batches

Not too sure
The reading on this thermometer is almost never accurate… I use it to make candles so when I’m checking the temperature before pouring my wax or adding my fragrance it gets tricky because the number keep jumping sporadically
