Great at home test
This gives me a great view of what is going on in general. I’m looking forward to get the results. It’s an easy test to do with hair samples. Gives me direction once I know how I’m doing.

Check the sample requirements before purchase
Before you purchase this you should know that you will have to cut several locks of hair (which you cut down to 1” pieces) to have analyzed. I wanted this test because I’m on a GLP-1 which is making my hair fall out, and the minerals tested are related to hair loss. Right now those samples would be exceedingly visible, so this isn’t going to be used until my hair grows back. It sort of puts the cart before the horse.
