Elderflower Punch

A lovely refreshing fruit tea which for me comes through strong with a strawberry taste. Nice and refreshing on a sunny afternoon.

Not sure if just not using enough of the tea but the flavour is not very strong, so doesn't really taste of anything? Colour comes up quite quickly, but lacks depth of flavour.

Soft and sweet

I enjoyed this tea hot, although I will try it chilled soon, as recommended. It had a lovely, delicate, natural sweetness to it, possibly from the Apple and rhubarb. What a surprising change... a lot of big brand teas virtually all taste the same, regardless of supposed flavor. No acrid aftertaste, as with big brands which made it far more pleasurable. I think I would like it slightly heavier on the elderflower though, as it was a little lost, but over all, it was fragrant and refreshing
