Wouldnt use anything else now. Easy to keep my sodium up where the doctor ordered bu using these. Easy to swallow and no saltiness.

This form of elecrolytes are perfect either just to carry with you or when you have to take a large amount across the day.

I haven’t been using these long enough to say whether they make a difference but in the short term I do feel like they are so will update my review. I can say that the customer service is absolutely fantastic and I would recommend this company to everyone based on that alone. Thank you!!
