Magnesium

Best ever. We have tried numerous magnesium supplements. Pills, potions - you name it. It either worked for one of us and not the other or gave one of us stomach issues. This one is out the box awesome. The flavour is great, not grainy and it works for all the family without any stomach issues. Love it.

I think the Magnesium has made a difference to my sleep. Elemental magnesium is definitely superior to other magnesium designed for sleep and other things. I have been a shocking sleeper for years and have tried lots of things but nothing works consistently. This product has definitely helped and I feel so much better for it. I’m going to try the Sleep product as well.
