Great product. My wife and myself take it every night and definitely helps with a great night sleep

Best ever. We have tried numerous magnesium supplements. Pills, potions - you name it. It either worked for one of us and not the other or gave one of us stomach issues. This one is out the box awesome. The flavour is great, not grainy and it works for all the family without any stomach issues. Love it.
