Very happy with this programming. The structure is reasonable to incorporate after a WOD. The only caveat is that it's much easier if you have access to equipment, notably GHD. I've noticed a *significant* improvement in my functional core strength after 4 weeks (midway through) and it's notably improved other aspects of my fitness, such as kipping pullups, lifts, etc. Worth every penny IMO.

I have just finished the second week.
It looks ok but there are some exercises that are not focused on core as the db jumping lunges.
I am excited to get into the 3rd week!
