First off the customer service is unbeatable, I didn’t feel like I was being upsold while trying out the mattresses. Allison answered any and all questions I had, plus helped steer me towards a mattress that would be best for my sleeping positions. I love my Sleeping Bear! It’s definitely the Goldilocks of mattresses; not to hot not to cold, not to firm not to soft. Thank you for all your help, the level of service you provided was amazing!
