I was so impressed with the customer service at CFF. They offered to take back the cat door and exchange it for a completely different window (at a fractional cost). They call and reach out and try so hard to make everything work out great. All around great people and I would recommend them highly to everyone. The door itself is very high quality. It is actually so clean that everyone thought it wasn't there. Seriously people had to put there hand on it to convince themselves the window wasn't just open! Ha ha

Replacement

I purchased my Cat Flap 3 years ago and my cats started using it with no problem. The flap on the door got scratched so I wanted to replace it so we could see out of it again, once I contacted the owners they were very helpful in helping me make sure I purchased the correct one, Installation was easy and I am so happy to have everything looking new again.

Easy switcheroo

Our guys had worn out their flap, inadvertently locking themselves out stepping on the mechanism. CFF were very kind, sending is replacement switches over the years, but this time we needed to change out the whole frame. It was pretty easy and is back to working perfectly again. =^..^=
