No response wrong parts bad instructions

I used the color instructions you emailed me. On page five it shows trim ring on installing slide bar there were no trim rings in hardware package. In instructions that came with the steps it doesn’t show trim rings. Also you sent bolts that were 3 1/2 inches and it shows they should be 3 3/4 I bought 4 inch. I sent photos and explained what I needed. Now the length of bolts I’m recalling from 80 year old memory. I never got a response and emailed twice. I have steps installed and really like the steps.

Steps are working great. Have a handicapped brother who can now get off the boat with no issues. N

Steps were easy to install and are very sturdy. Makes it easier for me to get in an out of boat safer.
