Knife arrived almost a week later than the sharpener. Separate tracking info for both packages would have been helpful to avoid confusion. Sharpener seems to work as intended. Various assembly and set screws come loose during my first few trial runs, but that is a minor issue. I think the sharpener will meet my need for occasional use, but high volume sharpening would be better suites by a vertical two sided sharpening setup. Knife arrived sharp and in good condition.

I’m disappointed in the knife, tip bent using on a wooden cutting board and now is useless

Beautifully built, extremely sharp! My wife and I have to re-learn how to cut food after using other dull blades. We both remind each other to be extremely careful when we see each other using them. I also bought one for my son and his wife and they have told me how much they love using the knife and sharpening system.
