Smells too weak

I suppose to use this in my car, but the smell is too weak even on 120sec mode. Not sure if any smoke should appear during operation, so i'm wondering if the device is operating properly. So i tried to contact the staff but they seem not very familiar with the product and not quite helpful. A bit disappointed.
