One of our signature dishes and unique to us - strands of caramelised sugar are coated with a rich velvety liquid of gram flour and ghee - literally melts in the mouth. This is then garnished with nuts. Quantities:
250g = approx. 3-4 pieces
500g = approx. 7-8 pieces
1kg = approx. 15-16 pieces

Whole box contents were covered in thick sticky syrup. Such a mess. It had leaked through everything and the outside of the box base was also soaked and sticky. The sweets that were salvageable were quite good, but not really much better than I buy locally from a world supermarket. A messy and expensive experiment.
