Evolution Kiritsuke

Beautiful Knife, what can I say, so beautiful in fact, I bought one for my mother.

We love our Evolution Kirisuke (and Evolution Tatara)! A good value, and affordable price for a quality knife. I've compared similar knives offered by another web seller and I've decided I'll stay with Wasabi. My wife does not have much hand strength, so she really loves how this Kiritsuke cuts through meat and vegetables without having to exert much pressure. I like the heft/mass of these knives. They feel good in the hand and maintain a sharp edge. Ergonomically, they are comfortable to handle, and the wooden handle provides a non-slip grip.

Great knife, very happy indeed. If only there was a smaller pareing knife to match. Prompt.
