Forest bathing in a cup

This is a refreshing and quite mild tasting tea with the scent and taste of a fresh morning forest. How you steep the tea affects the flavor a lot (a long steep will bring out the lemony notes that I find too strong), so for me, better to use more blend and keep to a 3 min or so steep. As a city dweller, this very fragrant and gentle tea is my version of "forest bathing".

I wanted to gift love one with good quality maple syrup so there was only one option.

Forest comes alive
