Very happy with this chair

I did extensive research on office chairs, after having sat in a dining chair for a long time as my 'office chair'. This chair is highly adjustable without being overwhelming, the back support is fantastic, and I find it easy to be able to sit in this chair for an entire workday.

Almost 7-weeks since I ordered it, but no sign it is on the way yet

They do say on the site it can take anywhere between 4 and 7 weeks, and it’s 6-weeks as of today. Even 4-weeks would have been a long time imo. Anyway - no sign of the chair yet and I won’t be using Steelcase again if they can’t improve on the delivery times. As it is all I can say is I hope it will be worth the wait.

It’s ok but not as good as I thought for the price tag. It was advertised as strong back spine support but the adjustment is very limited. upper back support is strong if it’s locked. However the lower back support feels “unsupported” even with the strongest set up. It’s either straight or tilting forward. The back support and seat is not connected, there a big gap between the 2 frames, so if I need to put a back cushion to provide a little stronger support for back, the cushion easily fells off from the gap between.
