Spa covers are big and bulky…. This makes it a lot easier to cover and uncover my hot tub, so it’s a big step forward in terms of ease-of-use.
It’s well made, with thick steel, and I like the little touches like the covers for the screws so they both blend in and are more protected from the elements. Bear in mind that your hot tub must be EMPTY before installing this…I got a water storage bladder and pumped the water into it, did the installation, and then pumped it back (only lost 15 degrees in the process). You will need two people, and a drill and screwdriver. Test it thoroughly to make sure you have the position correct, and that you have the arms at the correct lengths. But all in all, it’s a reasonable price for something that will make your hot tub much more enjoyable.

So much better than removing it and putting it on manually. No permanent changes to spa needed. Install was straight forward.

Works great, just make sure you orient the tub first before filling it with water, since you have to lift it to put this underneath it. Also view videos online for helpful install instructions. And be careful with the self threading screws. It's very easy to slip off and damage your cover.
