This cup was horrible to use. My last cup was unfortunately misplaced and I regret trying this brand. Customer service was friendly and I understand the non-returnable nature of this item, but I dislike that now I’ve sunk $40 into something I can’t use and they will not refund me. Do not buy.

Need to give more tries, but the first try the suction was so intense it gave me extremely bad cramps and I had to remove it.
