Lumma Disc

I've used a cup before and wanted to try a disc. I took the little quiz and went with the suggested medium Lumma Disc. It's been great! I don't feel it as much as the cup I used before and I don't feel the need to adjusted it like I did with the cup. I'd definitely recommend giving it a try!

I’m a 13 yr old first time cup and disc user. I have only had 3 or 4 cycles but decided to start using environmental friendly products first since the whole process is awkward and messy so I might as well get use using a product that leaves less of a foot print. Because I am so petite I never could get use to breaking the suction with the cup. I just have the hardest time fitting both cup and finger. Once I got it in everything was great but it just took too long and was too painful to remove. With the smallest size disc I have found that taking it out to be a lot less of an issue. This is only my 1st cycle with the disc, but admittedly it is harder to figure out if it is the right place. Also, I feel like I have to train myself to pass gas only on the toilet. Because slight leaking will occur with any pressure in that area. I am hoping that will just get better with time or maybe I am just too tiny and my area down there is still figuring out the how to stretch. All in all I am happy to have these products available. I wonder it girls my age/size would feel less intimidated by the disc if it were even smaller.
