It had true beef flavor, tender and juicy right out of the package. I made the best Philly cheese steak sandwiches with it. My wife never ate a Philly cheese steak before, now she is hooked. It would not have been possible if not for your superior meat products. I am glad I discovered Apsey Farm meats. Thank you for your outstanding product and customer service.

It was not what I expected. Strong flavor and odd texture. Maybe it’s an acquired taste? I’ll probably try it again on the Egg. Don’t hesitate to try it because of this review.

We are a military family that is currently stationed on the east coast, we always have a hard time finding quality meat, I am from Reed City so my parents were telling me some options and while looking into them we found Apsey Farms! Exactly what we were looking for. Experience from order to consuming our meat was superb! The brisket and Waygu ground beef were the best we've had and we've eaten on just about every continent. It was packaged phenomenally, still frozen when it arrived. I very much appreciated how environmentally conscious the packaging was. Apsey Farms will definitely be our go to as long as we stay within shipping range!
