They sent me the wrong colour, which was fine but they were so helpful at getting me a replacement. The bag is everything I asked for. High quality with good materials. It functions as both as a regular backpack or as a camera backpack for day trips.

I honestly despise this bag. The zipper gets stuck constantly and it’s not easy to open the bottom/pull the bottom back out to put the camera in. There’s no strap on the back for the book bag to go around a suitcase handle either, so not suitable for the airport. Honestly a huge waste of money for me which sucks because this was an expensive bag as it is.
