Fantastic product and customer service!!

I ordered 7 custom copper beam caps to protect my exposed craftsman style rafters on the house. The beam caps all arrived and look absolutely beautiful and fit perfect, an exact match to my measurements! Unfortunately 1 beam cap was damaged in shipping. I contacted the sender and provided a couple photos of the damage and they quickly sent me a replacement at no cost to me whatsoever. The replacement arrived in a good time fame, looked great and also fit perfect just like all the other caps. I would definitely use this seller again!! Thank you!!!
