Got a single branch insted of a multi branch. Arrived dead because of shipping delay John offered to replace it which was nice. I refused Because I wanted to see, maybe it would bounce back. He definitely stepped up.I just started the Reef Moonshiners system, I will wait a few months to see how the tank is and maybe buy again. John seems to be an honest man he pointed me to the reef, moonshiners way of doing things, and took a lot of personal time to speak to me via text message very helpful information, I left the five star review because of the personal attention that John gave me, was disappointed with my shipment, but it is what it is.
