Shit show

No reply from customer service in two weeks...

I ordered two phone cases and was unfortunate enough that dhl decided to return the package. Upon various contact attempts, customer service did not reply and therefore, my money's still spent without any product received. I would appreciate a response as I do really like this brand and their products. Hope we can work this out:)
