Great product but only buy from HGO

I have used this product for a few years now and love it. I ran out and with my face always being dry, I needed to get a replacement soon. So I went on Amazon and ordered it. It arrived in 2 days great. The problem was the product was not the same. It was very cakey dry and had a different smell to it. To their credit they sent me a replacement that was exactly like the first. In talking with the HGO rep it is their product but could have been sitting for a while. I love Amazon and HGO, neither disappointed. I will, however, make sure I don’t run out before I reorder.
