This is a HammerHead Head Bracket Foam Pad for HammerHead Swimming Pool Cleaner carts. Two are required per cart. These should be replaced frequently to avoid vacuum head damage during transport.

Use isopropyl alcohol to install
Secret behind to install these is isopropyl alcohol. The arm pads seems to wear put faster. They need to be thicker to cushion the head from damage
