Spare Veneers

I just got my Pop On Veneers spares because I lost my last set at a restaurant. Anyways, I just opened them last night. When I went to put them on, I ran my tongue across the top set and they have a crack on the left front tooth and the lower set is abrasive and scratchy when I ran my tongue across them. This happened before with only the lower set being cracked but this entire set is not good. I couldn’t wait to put them back on after I came back from out of town and then I was very disappointed, especially after having them rush ordered. Very upset and would like to know how to fix this issue. Please somebody reach out to me as soon as possible. I am going on vacation this week and that is why I rush ordered them and now I’m just wondering when they’re going to split completely. I have spent a lot of money on spares and the original set. Please make this right.

Once again I still love veneers. You advised me to call customer service because after about 30 days, a hole appears in the same spot on all 3 pairs? I even emailed a picture to your rep. I was told previously I might get a discount on this 4th pair. Well they told me they couldnt help because it was one pair!! It was 3 pairs!! I can show you all 3!!

I bought a spare set because I lost my previous pair, and this mold was magnificent. The only issue I have is my top set does not snap completely in the back, so I may have to get them remade on the top.
