Best cheese my family has ever had

We bought this after a tour of the farm and I can tell you my wife and kids love it. The flavor is like a sharp cheddar but not too sharp that my kids didn’t enjoy it, and my wife liked it on crackers with meat because it’s got such a unique flavor.
