Dear Sir or Madame,
I hope you are doing well.
I ordered the Darkoud Perfume and received it last week. It turns out that it’s not really my fragrance and it smells differently on my skin than I imagined. Is there anything we can do about it? Can I send the perfume back to you and choose a different one?
