Oat Fiber

I learned that not all fibre is equal, despite the macronutrient information. I was previously using psyllium husk fibre for making my low-carb breads and it always required too much water and had a rubbery consistency. The switch to oat fibre massively improved the final product, so now I can make great replacements for loaves of bread, dinner rolls and pizza crusts! I chose NuNatural for the best price for the 5 pound bag compared to some of the less trustworthy looking vendors. I'll be back for more to be sure.

Nutritional Yeast

This is a very good tasting product and a good price. The texture and quality of the yeast is great and I am really enjoying it on so many different foods. It is a great source of B vitamins and I am thrilled that it is clean and has no added synthetic vitamins. This was not my first purchase and Will definitely buy this again!
