I am so pleased with the Coaching Kit from AWE Contracts for many reasons. First of all, the templates are all downloaded in PDF and Word Document form, making them so easy to edit and customize. The download process is very easy to understand. I also love the tips and options in the documents, so you are able to customize your documents to your specific business' terms, fees, payment plans and policies. The best part is the kit comes with everything you need for now, and in the future for your business. Any website needs the Terms and Conditions & a Privacy Policy. The Coaching Contract covers you for all of your offers, both in person and digital, and no matter the length and service delivery. The Independent Contractor Agreement is fantastic to have on hand, whether you are utilizing it right now, or in the future when your business grows! I am also able to rest easy, knowing all of the documents are fit for Canadian law, and are GDPR compliant. My favourite part was the specific language around NLP and Hypnosis techniques as this is something not all lawyers would understand. It is all written already, and you can add any other techniques you use in the contract as well, plus a few different types of disclaimers to go along with those techniques to keep you safe. Overall - a fantastic purchase that I would have had to spend way more for working with a lawyer on each document separately. I would highly recommend this kit to both established and new coaches.
