My hubby and I both love this coffee. It also adds a bit of depth to the Pascua Java and Jingle Bell Java, when you mix 1/3 cinnamon coffee cake with 2/3 of either one of the special holiday coffees.

Not just cinnamon

This coffee is enjoyable, flavored but not overpowering. There's a taste of cinnamon, but also something like caramel. I'm sure I'll reorder!
